抄録

Before the primary wave of earth quake appears, sonic wave in the water occurres whose travelling velocity is 1.40638km/sec in the ocean and 1.43157km/sec on the earth surface. The phase difference between these waves is 663.9sec. Departure of sea level corresponds simultaneously to the generation of earth quake all over the world.
