抄録

In the case to apply compressive load to a steel covered with a concrete, it is our purpose that we know the behabier of the steel. In this paper, we discuss mainly how much the concrete restrains the buckling of the steel inserted in the plate-concrete. If the steel has hinges in the ends, and its axial load isconstant for whole, its buckling load is determined from the formula of bucklings of elastically supported bars, Accordingly, if we have known the support-coefficient of the covering concrete, we get easily the buckling load of the steel. In this paper, the support-coefficients of the plate-concrete is dissussed about several kinds of the plate. In the steel-concrete structure, the collapse of covering sides of concrete is important problems, so this paper shows about that in the steel having an initial curvature. We experimented the specimens os the simple form, and the theorical solutions are compared with the experimental values.
