Abstract

Expired items were collected from 10 of the city, Saitama convenience store outlets, physical composition, and chemical analysis was performed. In addition, for comparison across regions, physical composition was analyzed for expired items collected from a convenience store 13 stores Shibukawa city. Recovery of 10 stores in the city Saitama expired products is 167kg, the weight ratio between the recovery of the store, variation was 4.7% - 16.1%.
