Abstract
<br><br> In order to make a phosphorus recovery method,<br>investigation of a phosphorus recovery from incinerated ash of sewage sludge<br>through gel formation was carried out. Aluminum phosphate was recovered from<br>ash of sewage sludge using acidic extraction. The recovered aluminum phosphate<br>was dissolved using aq. NaOH solution. Dissolved aluminum phosphate formed a<br>gel by addition of aq. sodium silicate solution. Sodium phosphate was recovered<br>through gel formation followed by solid –liquid separation.
