Abstract
Constitutive equations for metals and polymers under different environmental conditions are reviewed and the various kind of evaluation methods of deformations and instabilities are provided with practical applications including onset of wrinkling, necking, shear banding and their development for the wide range of materials that contributes the prediction of the failure and forming limit.
