Description
We evaluated the gene expression of macrophage-like RAW264 cells exposed to LPS and LD50 Ni ion by DNA microarray. When LPS was absent, detoxicating and repair DNAs were strongly expressed. When LPS-stimulated, inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1beta and super-oxide dismutase genes were expressed, and genes to cause cell cycle arrest were expressed.
