Description
口腔内における12%Au-Pd-Ag-Cu合金の疲労破壊機構を解明するために,寿命の大部分を占める微小疲労き裂の進展特性の解明を試みた.大気,精製水,生理食塩水,3%NaCl中の4種類の環境下で疲労き裂進展試験を行い,き裂進展に及ぼす水分や塩分の影響について調べた.水溶液中ではき裂開口比が上昇し,き裂進展速度が小さくなった.また,塩分濃度が及ぼすき裂開口比への影響は確認出来なかったが,精製水に比べ塩水中の方がき裂開口比が上昇した.
