- 光駆動ナノマシンと化学ICチップによる未来医療戦略
Abstract
ロボットやマイクロマシンなど最先端のメカトロニクスを用いた未来医療ツールの中で、新原理や新概念にこだわった研究を推進してきた。光で作製し、光で動かす数ミクロンのロボットハンドで生細胞を操作し、今や細胞から反力まで計測できるようになった。 また欧米のマイクロ化学デバイスと違い、レゴキットのようにユーザが好きなように短時間で各種化学装置を構築できる化学ICチップの生化学合成、分析、分離回収応用も紹介する。 最後に、日本の医用工学の進展を加速するための研究者養成戦略を提案したい。
