Community design and Co-working now attracting attention as activity which produces collaboration. However, the technique of producing a common effect and collaboration is not clear. This study investigated the example of the collaboration which broke out in Co-working spaces, and we proposal "activity flow model" of the theme community. Thereafter, we examined activity of the community which took in the element of the co-working spaces. The examination object was the theme community which performs desktop publishing. Eventually, we clarified the process in which collaboration occurs in a co-working spaces from the result of examination. Social capital was built between members. Therefore, the technique of sharing a work process is useful for activity in Co-working spaces. Moreover, social capital will be built, if the theme community follows "activity flow model" and a work process is shared.
