Description

Human-centered design is one of the method to develop the product that increases User Experience. However it is hard to adapt to product like a medical device that has plural stakeholders, because it is difficult to define target user. We propose "User-Business Map" to organize relationship between the product and the plural stakeholders. Developers can define the target users clearly and share them using "User-Business Map". They can also use "User-Business Map" to design new product in unknown market.
