Abstract
This is a project on the Development of Tactile Educational Tools for Chillren of Visually Impaired. At the School of Visually Impaired there is shortage on Tactile Educational Tools, so these tools have to be made by teachers themselves. We carefully studied child’s needs, and proposed two types of deformed maps, one for Globe in Hands, the other for Gunma Topographic Map. In the process of fabrication, the globe is made with silicon moldings produced by 3D printer, the topographic map is made with vacuum forming machine using clay model. And partially, on the Services of Employment Support, we collaborated with disabled persons.
