- 炭素還元窒化法によるCa-希土類添加α-サイアロン粉末の合成
Description
SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-RO（R=希土類）混合系の炭素還元窒化法により、Ca及び希土類の両方を含有させたα-サイアロン粉末の合成を行い、得られた生成物の結晶相や粒子形態について調べた。その結果、希土類のみの場合に比べて、Caを同時に添加した生成物の方がα-サイアロンの生成は促進されることがわかった。
