- 自己加水分解法による酸化チタン合成:カウンターイオン効果
Description
0.5M塩化チタニル水溶液の自己加水分解により、酸化チタン微粒子を合成した。反応にマイクロ波を導入したところ、粒子生成が促進された。硫酸イオンの添加により、生成相がルチルからアナターゼに変化した。
