Abstract
Sol-gel reaction was conducted in the bridged polysilsesquioxane system in the presence of amphiphilic molecules which exhibits supramolecular templating effects. Concurrent sol-gel transition and phase separation gave organic-inorganic hybrid gels with co-continuous macropores and highly ordered templated mesopores. The pore size distribution and long-range ordering were respectively examined by nitrogen adsorption and XRD measurements.
