Description
ダブルペロブスカイト型酸化物Sr2FeMoO6の A サイトおよび B サイトを部分元素置換し,その熱電物性を詳細に検討した. 導電率は金属的温度依存性を示し,すべての試料はn 型の縮退半導体であった. Aサイトを等原子価置換した Sr0.4Ba1.6FeMoO6 試料において,出力因子S2&sigmaは最大で 4.4 x 10-4 W/mK2( 1000 K )に達した.
