Description
ダブルペロブスカイト型酸化物 (Sr2-xBaxFeMoO6) の焼結密度を向上させ,熱電性能の向上を目指すと共にそれらの物性を詳細に検討した.出力因子,S2&sigma,は,HP 焼結によって大幅に向上し,HP 焼結後の試料では,最大で2.4 10-4 W/mK2( 1100 K ) に達した.本研究の結果により,ダブルペロブスカイト構造は高い導電率と低い熱伝導率を共有する可能性が示唆された.
