Description

In the sports business of our country, it is changing from sports marketing to the sports management. However, deficit financing of broadcasting right fee and parent company which is different by team has problem. The professional sport is usually managed at the cycle of one year, the team is managed on a budget, and the business is accomplished heading to the goals. In order to promote the management of professional sports in this country, this report makes a feasibility of project management.
