Description
KEK (High Energy Accelerator Research Organization) is developing Electron-Positron Linear Collider. We use superconductive cavities to accelerate electrons and positrons. Inner shape of cavity affects its performance strongly. But it is difficult to measure inner shape. In addition, it is needed to measure with no contact because the inner surface is very important too. We showed that our system can measure difference of distance between the device and the object without contact.
