Description
Much machine tool is used in the mass production processing factory.Most of machine tool have the sliding guide way of 3 axes of X-Y-Z; the sliding surface lubricates by a lubricating oil.However, because those most are disposable, a great many lubricating oil are used and are discarded.If a lubricating oil using with a machine tool is changed to the grease, the consumption is reduced because a refueling interval time becomes long.This paper evaluate adhesion performance of the grease which it supplied to a guide way with a glass plate and a movable slide block.As a result, as for the grease, it is drained reciprocating motion from a slide aspect by sliding, but can change the discharge characteristics by the ratio of contact area and depth of scraping.
