- トポロジー最適化による工作機械構造体の開発
Description
工作機械が高精度加工を行うためには構造体に高い静剛性・動剛性を持たせる必要があり,構造体の外形やリブの寸法などを考慮した最適な形状の設計が求められている.そこで,本研究ではトポロジー最適化を工作機械構造体に適用し形状最適化を行うことを目的とした.二次元でトポロジー最適化を行った結果を三次元の構造に落とし込む手法を提案し,設計モデルの剛性値が従来モデルと比較して改善したことを確認した.
