- PDMS stampによる生体分解性のマイクロニードルパッチの製作に関する研究
Description
溶解性マイクロニードルの製造方法はいろいろ提案され実用化されている。今回報告する方法は、マイクロモールディング技術を利用しモールドにPDMS（polydimethysiloxane）を流し込みマイクロニードル製作用Stampを製作する。製作されたPDMS Stampは軟らかいゴム質のStampである。塗布された生体溶解性素材の面にStampを接触し引上げ空気の送風により乾燥させマイクロニードルを製作する方法である。Stampの変形量によりマイクロニードルのサイズを調整でき、熱の影響も受けない利点がある。
