Description
超精密工学等において軸受の不要な5自由度誤差運動をサブナノメートル及びサブマイクロラジアンの精度で測定する技術が必要とされている．前報では，軸受に同心円状回折格子を取り付け，2方向変位測定可能な高剛性小型光センサを3ヶ所に置き，軸受の不要な5自由度誤差運動を測定した．本報では，軸受高速回転時に発生する高周波数の誤差運動を取得するため，高速変調を利用した正弦波位相変調法による変位取得を示す．
