Description
COMPRO (Common Data Processing System)は電子分光法で取得されたスペクトルデータ解析ソフトであり，表面分析研究会のホームページからダウンロードできる。今後分析精度を向上させるためには，シミュレーションが重要となってくると予測されており，COMPROにもいくつかのシミュレーションソフトが組み込まれている。今回は，それらシミュレーションソフトの概要を説明する。
