- Ag(111)上に成長させた多層シリセンの構造
Description
<br><br>LEEDとSTMを用いてAg(111)上の多層シリセンの構造を明らかにした。Si(111)(√3x√3)-Ag構造は多層シリセンのLEEDI-V曲線を再現した。一方、蜂の巣格子の積層構造は実験データを再現しなかった。多層シリセンのSTM像の試料電位依存性はSi(111)(√3x√3)-Agのそれと一致した。以上から多層シリセンの構造はSi(111)(√3x√3)-Agの構造と同一であると結論した。
