Abstract

The leitmotif of research is a criticism of the space policy for ZUS(les Zones Urbaines Sensible) of France.<br>The conflict occurred between the second generation people of immigrants and police riot squads is deeply related with the government policy for ZUS.<br>Furthermore, as an undercurrent of conflict, the Post-colonialism agaist Muslim immigrants, Universalism of the republic and Multiculturalism of EU are confront each other, and cause a serious trilemma of France.
