抄録

We propose a Web-based system which can manage local information with geographic extent and change over time. The system provides users a form to easily input local information including geographic location, time, picture, etc. The local information is shown on a map and a time-line using Web APIs, which are Google Maps API and SIMILE Timeline. The map and time-line are associated with each other. Therefore, users can understand the geographic extent and change over time of local information. We are planning a field experiment to evaluate our proposed system.
