Description
The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0 occurred on March 11, 2011. It caused the tsunami and liquefaction in Kamisu city, Ibaraki Prefecture. And they made severe damages on buildings and ground surfaces in Kamisu city. The liquefaction damages were concentrated in the residential areas constricted on former marsh lands.
