- 突合せMAG溶接におけるプール形状評価に基づく溶接速度制御方法の開発
Description
大型構造物の突合せ溶接では、対象部材の加工精度や溶接中の変形によってルートギャップが変動するため、自動化のためには溶接速度の都度調整が必要となる。本研究では、CCDカメラによる簡便な観察系を用いたプール形状評価に基づく溶接速度制御システムを構築し、その有用性を確認したので報告する。
