Description
Many companies have been installing enterprise information systems using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages, nevertheless, some ERP implementations have ended in failure. Thus, many researchers and practitioners attempted to search and/or to identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factors) in ERP implementation projects to reduce the risk of implementation failure. However, they haven't elucidated the relation between the ERP implementation methodology and the success factors. The purposes of this study are (1)to review the CSFs in previous researches, and (2)to identify the "process" in the ERP implementation project which those CSFs contributes for the project success.
