Abstract

We report it about the start of the new business that copes with the Individual production of the multiple kinds with having an entrepreneurship. The element that is necessary for the business is said as talented people, products and capital. So, we thought about "talented people". A research of the needs by the salesman is necessary for the start of the new business, and their knowledge and skill are important for the research. Their knowledge and skill are thought to depend on a curiosity, the idea to be free and a challenge spirit, and its main work of the enterprise doesn't always influence them.
