In order to extract consumers' purchase characters, we analyzed and defined those characters derived from individual buying histories of POS data with ID tags of specific convinience stores. A classification of consumers has beed analyzed by demographic traits and/or questionnaire data. These approaches, however, may not be able to extract meaningful characters because of customers' smattering information or inaccuracy of responses. We then focus on actual purchasing behaviors by classifying customers based on sequencing co-buying goods data on customers' buying histories. As a result, we can defined consumers' purchase characters of specific convinience stores by using sets on featured co-buying patterns.
