Description
The knowledge management system has problems that differ from other information system. Many norms of these problems are advocated, but there is no approach which shows how the user department should examine when they try to introduce the knowledge management systems. In this study, aiming at the approach for knowledge management system introduction in the user section, I consider the examination procedure of the knowledge management introduction based on our company's case. As a result of this study, we confirm that this examination procedure will be an essential feature of the approach, learning circle of the user department and accommodation between stakeholders will be required.
