Abstract
The IT outsourcing in Japan is approaching a new stage. The result of The IT outsourcing is very fruitful in every company. It is necessary to discuss the ideal way of the IT outsourcing to improve the advantage of IS from the viewpoint of the structure and the operation. The demerit of each structure is made up by the complementary operation. The research is examined by a survey research of the public companies. The structure using a subsidiary company may improve the cost the IS skill easily. However, for those effects, the mechanism of operation that facilitates cooperation with the parent company and the competition against a potential rival is needed.
