The activities of career education have often been viewed from a very narrow perspective.This is evident from the fact that many of the recent “career education” activities have been carried out for the purpose of adopting various types of learning activities,for example,social experiences such as internship,study tours,and experimental activities in the local community.In order to promote good-quality practices in career education,it is necessary to seek an essential understanding for the objectives of career education which is to enable pupils / students to think in their own way about life through cross-synthetic studies and inquiry studies that connect knowledge and skills acquired in each subject and utilize them in learning and living.In order to realize the ultimate goal of career education,this article presents project-based approaches,which utilize collaborative learning style and effective use of ICT,based on our hands-on practices from many years of promoting career education within collaboration of corporation and education firms.
