Description
At Nanao Ota Thermal Power Plant Unit#2, the rise in the differential pressure of the heat receiving section of GGH in flue-gas desulfurization process and a corrosion of the heat recovery section have been observed. Both were caused by the deterioration of flue-gas NOx removal catalyst. The investigation and the countermeasures taken are presented.
