Description

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate a possibility to develop social-informatics through locating 'deliberative democracy' as a social information process.' It is I rue that carly expectations that one could see a kind of public sphere on CMV space hardly realized, but some attempts of mini-publics which let public spheres come to existence succeeded. We insist that there are great possibilities in front of us that we envisage an ideal of public spheres as a whole network of communications, which includes CMC space, as something down to earth.
