Description

Why must we insist on literature education now? Does it have any meaning to high school students of today? Here, briefly looking back at the history of postwar literature education, I will report the present conditions of teaching at a metropolitan high school. Using Yoshiki Hayama's "Semento-daru-no-nakano-tegami" and Miri Ryu's "Shioai" as texts, I will consider what the original function of reading and writing in class is.
