Abstract
The biomass is useful for generating power and supplying heat by firewood in usual and wreckage wood in disaster. The smart heat and power system is discussed and proposed, which is possible to operate independent in a time of disaster at the same instant to supply the drinkable and daily life water. The smart system also has storage systems of heat, power and water. Experimental study of thermoelectric power generation by biomass stove is also performed.
