Description
<p>The purpose of this study is to make thoracoabdominal tolerance during the crowd accident. A healthy female subject underwent loading to chest 20 kg and loading to abdominal 0 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg. Subject also measured vital capacity, tidal volume and thoracoabdominal displacement. As a result, the thoracoabdominal displacement showed a tendency to change same as lung capacity and tidal volume. As for the thoracoabdominal displacement is suggested that an index of tolerance for suffocation during crowd accident.</p>
