<p>According to the report of Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan in 2014, over half of Japanese worker suffers from low back pain. Because, various workplace has hard work such as lifting heavy object and carrying object and so on. To solve this problem, we have developed endoskeleton-type power assist suit to reduce load of workers. This assist suit can be moved using air pressure, and this device has several desirable features; flexibility, high output, lightweight. So, wearer can moved naturally. In previous study, effectiveness of assist suit is confirmed using only measurement electromyography (EMG). So, detail phenomenon of human body cannot be examined. To confirmed more detailed effective of assist suit, we proposed evaluation method of the assist suit using musculoskeletal simulation software ”Anybody” in this paper. The effectiveness of assist suit is confirmed by experiment of musculoskeletal simulation, and effectiveness of evaluation method using musculoskeletal simulation is confirmed.</p>
