<p>The deformation of the object to be cut has a significant influence on the dimensional accuracy of the finished shape, especially when it is low stiffness. Various attempts have been made to predict the dimensional error after cutting with respect to such problems, but these attempts have limited adaptability and require a lot of calculation time and operation time. In this research, we developed a new method to combine these methods with direct manipulation of stiffness matrix, cooperation with cutting simulation and large-scale parallelization by GPU. By this method, deformation simulation was automated and speeded up, and calculation time and operation time were reduced.</p>
