- 709 Development of Hydraulic Excavator with Digging Operation Assisting System and Multi-monitoring Display
抄録
In some civil engining such as under water construction, or long gutter digging for pipe line underground, the digging operation is quite difficult because the operator can not easy to set a guide line for diging referece. This paper describes the development of a hydraulic excavator equiped with an electrical lever system. The excavator is equiped with a limited plane digging control system and a multi-monitoring display. With the asistance of the system, the operator can pre-set a desired working plane through the monitor screen. Then the digging control system will automatically control the actuators so that the bucket will not go below the plane. The plane can be in horizontal line, or in any degree to the horizontal line. During the operation, the monitor will diaplay digging state in realtime.
