<p>In order to evaluate the influence of local stress and hydrogen concentration on delayed fracture property for high tensile strength steel, we have carried out SSRT, Slow Strain Rate Technique and CLT, Constant Load Test, of notched specimens under cathodic hydrogen charging. As a result, quantitative relationship between diffusible hydrogen content and tensile strength was obtained by notched specimens. There is little difference between these experimental methods, SSRT and CLT.</p>
