<p>An axisymmetrical partial sphere-shaped crack problem was analyzed by body force method. Though the treated problem can be considered as one of the simplest curved surface crack problem, a reliable reference solution could not be found in the literature. In the present study, we developed special program base on the standard body force method to improve the mesh-free body force method which is recently developed by authors.</p>
