Description

Metal nanoparticles are have special properties depending their size such as melting point suppression and Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance. Therefore, the application of them to some electronic components is attractive because of their easiness for processing. In-situ TEM observation is useful for observation of their crystal structural changes in nanoparticles. Some study have already proposed abut the melting suppression, the crystal formation from amorphous and the sintering process of metal particles.
