Abstract

DNA nanotechnology have emerges as an interdisciplinary field that draws on computer science, molecular biology, material science and engineering. Although it is still in its primitive stage, fundamental methodologies to build up large-scale programmed nanostructure are now arising. In this report, one of the central topics in the field: algorithmic self-assembly of DNA tiles and its error reduction methods are reviewed.
