抄録

This paper proposes a new process to obtain functional metallic material by combination of nano/micro plastic forming and annealing. Nano/micro plastic forming tests of single crystal copper specimens were conducted by using a knife edge tool made of diamond. The formed specimens were annealed under various conditions. Nano/micro-formed specimens and annealed specimens were analyzed by SEM-EBSD. Based on the results, effects of indentation force and annealing temperature on the recrystallization behavior are discussed. The efficacy of the proposed process for microstructure control is demonstrated.
