Abstract

<p>微小素子における非平衡揺らぎを測定するには、一般にコンダクタンスに比べて精緻なスキームが要求される。本研究では、検出器をLC回路によってモデル化し、そのダイナミクスを確率過程に基づいて記述することで、微小素子の電流揺らぎ分布を検出するための条件やその決定方法を議論する。</p>
