抄録

In order to investigate the mechanism of the blasting, it is considered to be very important to know the detonation pressure of the explosives under various conditions. Therefore, we recently made up a pie-Loelectr is pressure gauge with the obiect of measuring the detonation pressure directly. Some experiments were performed to examine the stress waves produced within a steel rod by the detonation of 45 grams gelignite (Sakura Dynamite).<BR>The details of such a pressure gauge and the results of the experiments are shown in this paper.
