抄録

Up to date, the selective flotation of complex sulphide minerals at Hanaoka was difficult because of their complicated structure among minerals and producibility of various ions in the pulp. This paper deals with the operation data and flotation phenomena in the new process developed for separating Cu-Zn minerals.<BR>After grinding, the milling ores are treated with flotation in high lime circuit (PH: 12) and Cu-Zn concentrate is collected.<BR>Formerly. this concentrate was directly entrusted to the hydro metallurgical process with the Fluo-Solids Roaster.<BR>In the new process, this Cu-Zn concectrate is filtrated and heaped at stock-yard for 3 or 4 days. By such exposure, there are produced the furnish on the surface of the mineral particles.<BR>This preliminary treated Cu-Zn concentrate is repulped in an agitator at 60°C, fed to flotater adding collector, frother and dispersant. thus the high grade Zn concentrate is recovered as froth.
